How It Works
We follow a clear, four-step process designed to protect your interests and deliver the best outcome for both you and the project:
- Feasibility Study
We carry out a high-level review to confirm the suitability of your land.
- Heads of Terms & Grid Capacity
If the site is viable, we agree Heads of Terms and secure grid connection capacity.
- Option to Lease & Planning
Our team handles surveys, site design, community engagement, and the planning application. We work with your solicitor — at our cost — to finalise the Option to Lease and full Lease Agreement.
- Construction & Operation
Once planning is approved, we start construction. Your lease begins, and you receive guaranteed rental payments for the next 25 years.
